AHF gets calls on a daily basis for affordable housing for low income families. We realize that the average low income family is paying more than they can afford for rents in Lee County so we are rehabbing a home we just purchased at 2119 Sunrise Blvd., Fort Myers, FL which will become a rental for a low income family struggling to survive. This is only a two bedroom home but it will be beautiful and energy efficient once it is finished. So we are looking for bids for our RFP. The pre-bid meeting will be held at the house February 11th at 9:30 AM.
