Affordable Housing For Rent
AHF is active in making decent, safe, sanitary, and affordable housing available for rental by families who may not yet be able to purchase a home of their own, or whose circumstances make renting a better choice. We have just partnered with the Center For Independent Living Gulf Coast to build affordable housing for Seniors, Youth Aging Out Of Foster Care, Disabled individuals and Veterans. The units are called SRO’s single rooms in a house that has a bedroom, bathroom, and kitchenette all in one (like an efficiency) these units are for 30-50% of AMI or below. Plan of SRO-3_Floor
