Affordable Housing For Purchase

Unfortunately, Affordable Homeownership Foundation does not have any affordable homes for purchase due to an upturn in the Real Estate market. Investors have come into our area and snapped up all of the available housing that was affordable, making it impossible for us to purchase, rehab and resell these homes.

AHF was working to bring previously foreclosed properties back into the housing supply – out of the hands of speculators and within reach of lower income families, however, in the past few months that has not been our reality. Continue to check back to see if we have any properties for sale.
