AHF is redefining affordable, low-income housing
AHF participates in the development, preservation, and management of affordable, program-enriched housing across Lee, Collier, Charlotte, Hendry, and Sarasota Counties. AHF serves a variety of populations with housing projects for low-income families, Veterans, and First Responders. We acquire and renovate existing housing, as well as develop new affordable rental properties.
AHF is redefining affordable housing by creating a stable foundation where our residents can explore their potential, supported by many of the classes and programs we offer.

The idea behind AHF’s Rehab program is all people, regardless of income level, have a right to decent, safe, sanitary and affordable housing.
To achieve this goal, AHF lowers or eliminates the hurdles to home ownership for working families and individuals.

This House was built in 1958, we replaced all of the plumbing and electric, removed the Jalousie windows and replaced them with impact windows and doors. It has all new walls, all new floors, all new bathrooms, all new paint inside and out. The house had no central AC/Heat it now has Central AC& Heat. The Laundry room was completely
re-done and we fenced in the back yard with a privacy fence.
